It’s time to wrap up the year… and what a ride it’s been! I’m closing out 2023 with a grateful heart 🌼💛🌞💛

This year, I embraced life as a new mum, nurtured a unique bond through our breastfeeding journey, left behind the 9-to-5 world to embrace full-time baby bliss, and discovered a love beyond imagination. As a family, we embarked on an overseas holiday — we moved out of our house in June, jetting off for three months of pure magic. We created the most special memories in Bali, France, Portugal. We came back to New Zealand and lived in a tiny house for almost 2 months. In November, we stepped into a new house, our home for the near future. December unfolded a new chapter, with Malu achieving the big milestone of sleeping through the night, the celebration of her first Christmas, and most importantly, her very first lap around the sun! My heart is simply filled with gratitude as I reflect on the core memories 2023 has brought. Here’s to the magic of love, adventure, and the beautiful chaos of family life! 🫶

As we step into 2024, I find myself contemplating the growth and achievements of the most beautiful, yet the hardest, year of my life. Amidst the endless motion of motherhood, I made the decision to prioritise my family and embrace the role of a stay-at-home māmā. This transition has brought new dreams. With a background in marketing, I have been running a creative studio as a freelancer for the past 5 years, and I’m nowadays invested in a new high-purpose entrepreneurial project. I also love creating beautifully captured content. With my mini muse, Margo Luna, by my side I aspire to portray the soul of our ordinary days through dreamy images and stories. Bohème Rêverie is a beautiful space made of sunshine, slow living and travels. I’m from France and Malu is half-kiwi, half-french. We are a NZ based vegan family.
